We are currently in week 11 of our 12-week 'Prime Time of Life' programme with Laois Sports Partnership. This week our nutritionist Ruth spoke to our 'Prime Time of Life' participants about 9 nutrition tips for Healthy Ageing.
The 9 nutrition tips are:
Eat an enjoyable and varied diet
Enjoy 5-7 servings of fruit & vegetables daily
Choose healthier fats
2 servings of fish per week – 1 serving to be oily fish
