We are currently in week 6 of our "Prime Time of Life" multimodal exercise and health education programme with True Fitness & Laois Sports Partnership. Massive well done to all 132 participants (50-80 years of age) for a fantastic effort in your training sessions so far!
The previous four weeks of mini health workshops in this programme focused on the type and amount of aerobic, resistance, balance and flexibility training that you should do per week for healthy ageing.
The mini workshop this week demonstrates how you might practically incorporate the recommendations for the four modes of training in to your week. We also provide you with a sample 7 day training diary. The workshop can be viewed HERE.
