Weight is often used as the only indicator to measure progress towards health goals, but it shouldn't be. There are so many other ways to measure progress towards health goals that have nothing to do with weight, for example improved blood test results, fitness, strength, mood, energy, a better relationship with food, the list goes on...
Weight loss does not mean success and weight gain does not mean failure.
It was lovely to virtually meet our weight loss group last night to talk about practical nutrition for health and weight (body fat) loss.
