In True Fitness one of our mantras is that small changes, when sustained over time lead to big results. In this video Ruth briefly explains why it is important to start small and progress over time. No change is too small. Ask yourself 'what can I stick to on my worst day' for e.g. can you enjoy eating more fruit and vegetables? drink more water? not add sugar to your tea/coffee or salt on your foods? The impact of these changes may not be immediate but the results accumulate and can have a significant impact to your health.
