Dr Diane Cooper is a clinical exercise physiologist with a PhD in health and weight loss. Diane has analysed the effectiveness of all of the different types of diet and exercise interventions that have been used over the past few decades. Diane has worked with hundreds of people over the last 15 years, and she knows what works long term and what absolutely does not work. Diane has combined everything she has learned from research and practice to create the ultimate simple but effective weight loss programme called True Transformation.
There are two main pillars to our True Transformation programmes; evidence-based health education workshops and functional exercise classes. We have been delivering these programmes since 2014 with tremendous success.
We are delighted and proud to say that most of our True Transformation programmes have been fully funded by Laois Sports Partnership and the HSE which means so far we have been able to run them free of charge to participants!
We deliver a variety of True Transformation programmes for older adults, men aged over 40, women aged over 50. The key to the success of True Transformation is that it is designed and delivered by experts and it is based on true sustainable lifestyle change. There are no quick fixes!
